The English department was established in the year 1986. The Department offers graduation-level classes (B.Sc., B.Com. and B.A.). The English department’s central objective is to provide students with a solid foundation in the English language and to help them develop their L.S.R.W. (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) skills. The English department strives to expose students to current trends in language and literature through the use of the latest teaching methodologies and other student-centred learning activities for the overall development of the learners.
